Christmas fete
Umina-Ettalong Uniting Church Mission Support Group will hold a Christmas Fete at Ettalong Uniting Church Hall, in Picnic Parade, on Saturday, December 6, from 8am.
It will include stalls for cakes, "white elephant", craft and Devonshire Teas, as well as a sausage sizzle.
The group raises money for charities and missions throughout the year.
They have wrapped Christmas gifts for Dalmar-Burnside and knitted many bandages for leprosy patients.
The small group of active men and women have raised and distributed $6700 to Exodus Foundation, Lifeline, Religious Education on the Peninsula, Frontier Services, the Uniting Church Board of Mission and the Methodist Church in Fiji.
The next meeting of the group will be February 17, at the Ettalong Hall, at 1.30pm.
