Greg's work is exhibited

Artist Greg Coates from Ettalong is among artists presenting their work at the new Crossection Exhibition at the Erina Centre exhibition space.

Greg has been displayed in many local galleries in the 10 years he has lived on the Coast.

He describes his work as "staged realism" and is exhibiting two pieces, which will both be up for sale.

"Nestled" is rowboat scene of the Entrance, and "All set up" is a beach scene based on beaches of the Peninsula.

The opening exhibition is curated by Yianni Johns on behalf of Gosford Council and will run for six weeks.

"It really looks fantastic," Greg said.

"Its really a good show."

The exhibition shows a cross section of the Central Coast's professional and emerging painters, sculptors and photographers.
