Service alive and well

Good morning to staff at Peninsula News.

I attended your office yesterday afternoon to lodge an advertisement and wish to make it known how happy I was with the attentive, informative and efficient service I received.

Having dealt with many "local" newspapers over the years I admit that because of past experiences I, did, until yesterday, dread the thought of any interaction with newspapers.

At your office, my needs were attended to promptly by your journalist Mr Jonathan Reichard who provided me with written detail regarding the paper's costing structure and advertising requirements.

I actually left the office feeling relaxed and confident that my business was in good hands.

While most business organisations seem to have forgotten what service is, I am pleased to find it is alive and well at Peninsula News.
