Students in Maths Challenge
Brisbane Water Secondary College has again entered students in the Mathematics Challenge for Young Australians.
The Challenge is an annual nationwide competition organised by the University of Canberra for gifted and talented mathematics students.
The Challenge constitutes a series of challenging maths problems and the students, working both individually and in small groups, have a three-week period to submit their entries.
Year 10 students Matt Clements, John Crocker, Daniel Jackson, Ting Li, Scott Meulman, Clinton Scott, Amanda Shannon, Brydon Simpson, Justin Steward and Korie Wood and year 9 student Emily Francis will be representing the college at this year's Challenge.
