Umina students at citizenship ceremony

Harmony Day was celebrated with an Australian citizenship ceremony in the Mayoral Chambers at Gosford Council on March 21.

The Mayor, Cr Robert Bell, thanked Year 9 representatives of Brisbane Water Secondary College, Umina Campus, Melissa Alderson and Jessica Birrell, and teacher Mr Ralph Murray, for witnessing the ceremony.

Cr Bell welcomed 30 new Australian citizens who took oaths of citizenship at the ceremony.
