This month in the hundred years since Federation:

Woy Woy rail station platform was extended to cater for 10 carriage intercity trains "now running".

Canopies and windbreaks were also installed in the $1 million upgrade of the "historic station".

Empire Bay and Pretty Beach Public Schools are some of the first Central Coast schools to get fax machines.
