Feast of colour leaves scrap piles as big as ever
It was a visual feast of beautiful, colourful quilts at the Ettalong Beach Arts and Crafts Centre's patchwork group on Monday, July 29, according to tutor Ms Penny Howard.
"Sarah Vaughan brought in her vibrant, scrappy log cabin variation quilt.
"Cheryl Jones brought in two of her bright and beautiful lap sized quilts.
"They both said that even though these quilts were mostly made from their fabric scraps, their piles of scraps did not seem to be any smaller."
