Disabled surfers belatedly picks up award
The Central Coast Disabled Surfers Association left the Accessible Futures Awards night early in November, unaware it had won an award for its sessions at Umina Beach.
"We left before we were awarded the Excellence in Disability Services award," said president Ms Rae Fletcher.
Last week, she picked up the award.
