Three complying developments approved
Three complying development certificates have been approved for dwellings on the Peninsula and another withdrawn in the fortnight until August 1.
Approvals were issued for 85 Dunban Rd and 451 Ocean Beach Rd, Woy Woy, and for 40 Beach St, Ettalong Beach.
An application for 27 Osborne Ave, Umina Beach was withdrawn.
Four remain under assessment, at 38 Everglades Cres, Woy Woy; 150 Albany Rd, Umina Beach; 61 Cornelian Rd, Pearl Beach and at 30 Davis St, Booker Bay.
