Lead actor finds role challenging

Teanau Murphy plays Rachel in Woy Woy Little Theatre's latest production, The Girl on the Train, which opened for a three-week season last Friday.

"Taking on the character Rachel has by far been the most challenging role for me on stage," said Ms Murphy.

"Just the number of lines to be learnt is mind-boggling alone.

"Add on the complexity required to portray this character and I was certainly taken out of my comfort zone which has allowed me to grow as an actor.

"The Girl on the Train has been very demanding yet rewarding at the same time.

"I have really enjoyed working with and learning from my fellow cast members."
