Handicap Pairs first round part played

Part of the first round of the Umina Beach Men's Bowling Club's 2021 Handicap Pairs Championship was played on January 19.

Results were:

R Twells and C Mew defeated L Halstead and R Hogan.

M Dewez and W Brooks defeated B Butterworth and W Pawelko.

F Heinemann and P Springett defeated M Ellery and K Harrison.

R Kaltenbacher and S Stead defeated G Godwin and F Hawksworth.

C Stuart and G Collins defeated U Kila and M O'Sullivan.

D Fleming and T Potter defeated B Harrison and G Ambrose.

M O'Malley and T Burgmann FFT defeated G Nichols and P Trigg.

Due to Australia Day, the next series of games will be played on February 2.

"It was great to see a green full of bowlers on a Tuesday night," commented club secretary Mr Peter Springett.
