Planning matters listed for comment without details
Central Coast Council currently has listed two planning matters on the Peninsula for public comment without publishing the proposal details.
A development application to demolish an existing dwelling and to construct three units at 25 Warrah St, Ettalong, has been submitted by Knight Mapleton Design Partners, with an estimated cost of $600,000.
An advertising period from January 15 to February 15 is listed, but a week into the period no "Statement of Environmental Effects" was available on the council website to provide a basis for comments.
Similarly, a section 4.55 proposal to amend the development approval at 357 Ocean Beach Rd and 1 Pozieres Ave, Umina, the Umina Mall site, has an advertising period listed from January 27 to February 17.
Last week, no documents about the proposed amendment were available on the council website.
