Residential flats proposed for Bowden Rd

A residential flat building proposed for Bowden Rd, Woy Woy, is valued at $3.2 million.

The development application to demolish existing buildings and make way for the residential flat building at 16 Bowden Rd, was received by Council on January 15.

As at Friday, January 22, the only document accessible regarding the application via Council's DA tracker was a public submission.

The submission writer's name has been withheld.

The submission said: "What a mess especially with the 26 flats and seven townhouses going up in Farnell Rd and Blackwall Rd starting up.

"Traffic is bad enough now."
