Draft program issued

A draft program for Spikefest 2004 to be held from October 29 to 31 has issued.

The program includes a "Walking Backwards parade", verse competitions, a Great Debate, jazz on the waterfront and radio broadcasts.

Organisers are still looking for more activities such a drama, physical theatre, visual arts, writing and electronic media.
