Innovative weeding
Last week Pretty Beach Primary School took part in an innovative weeding program as part of the regeneration of the creek behind the school.
Students will take part in a planting program on environment day in June and will be responsible for the maintenance of these plants in future.
The school hosted a wildlife gathering last Saturday as part of the sustainable schools program which attracted many visitors from the wider Central Coast and Hunter regions.
Pretty Beach Public and Kincumber Public schools are the first to become involved in this organisation.
