Rejection upheld

A decision by Gosford Council to reject an application for three town houses in Booker Bay Rd, Booker Bay, has been upheld by the new council, after the application was submitted for review at its meeting on Tuesday, May 11.

Council again decided to reject the proposal, on the grounds of character, open space, vehicular access, design and public interest.

The applicant resubmitted the development as it has relocated the front door, relocated the garage for vehicular access, was only one per cent under the required open space requirement and had a SEPP 1 objection.
