Living with teenagers course
Child Abuse Prevention Service (CAPS) Umina is holding a course called Living with Teenagers, from Monday, February 10, and running each Monday for five weeks.
This group supports parents as they face the challenge of coping with adolescents.
The course covers such topics as normal development of teenagers, common problems and solutions, discipline, trust and responsibility and communication.
The course will be held at the CAPS cottage, 50 Neera Rd., Umina, and child care is available for pre-school children.
The course is free, with a small donation requested to cover photocopying and other costs.
