Car boot sale runs 10 years

The Lions Club of Woy Woy Peninsula is holding a car boot sale and mini market on Sunday, February 23, from 8am to 1pm.

The boot sale project has been run for 10 years.

Over that period, the Lions Club has allowed hundreds of vendors to market their goods.

At the same time, with stall fees and Lions' own sales, the club has been able to put at least $2000 a year back into the community to help the needy.

The cost to sell is $10 per car and the event is held at the Ocean Beach Rd end of Rogers Park.
