One-day watercolour workshop

Local artist and art teacher, Catherine Turner, is scheduled to conduct a watercolour workshop at the Ettalong Beach Arts and Crafts Centre on Saturday, June 23, from 9.30am to 3pm.

The workshop will focus on watercolour techniques and will range from discussions and texture painting exercises to landscape painting.

The cost of the workshop is $50 for non-members and $40 for members.

Catherine has been painting for over 20 years and teaching watercolour for 10 years.

She describes her techniques and her work as having a non-traditional and creative approach.

Catherine recently had one of her paintings presented to the Prince and Princess of Belgium at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney.
