HISTORY: What happened in June

In recognition of the Centenary of Federation, Peninsula News journalist Amanda Jackson has taken the opportunity to look back on the past 100 years on the Peninsula.

Mayor Alderman Pat Harrison said council was legally obliged to make the notation.

The relics included shells.
