Ettalong misses out

Woy Woy South Public School toppled Ettalong Public School during their Round 2 clash in the NSWPSSA Cricket Knockout Competition.

"The boys played extremely well but just missed out on advancing to Round 3," said Ettalong principal Ms Lynn Balfour.

"The most pleasing aspect of the day was the sportsmanship shown by both teams.

"The behaviour and effort displayed by our students was impeccable and they did themselves and their school proud.

"Ettalong cricket parents showed their support on the day, and Mark and Steve Cattley gave up their time to help train, mentor, umpire and score for the boys," Ms Balfour said.
