Petition about proposal

Gosford Council has received a petition, with six signatures from residents of Paton St, Woy Woy, over concerns regarding a proposed development at 42 Paton Street, Woy Woy.

The petitioners listed their concerns with the development regarding water run-off, how the retaining wall will impact on their fence and how the proposed driveway will impact on their fence.

They stated their clothes drying area would be in permanent shadow in winter and cross air-flows would be reduced due to the placement of the proposed buildings.

The petitioners requested formal advice in relation to their concerns.
