Process hurried

Gosford Council is to hurry the process for making land on Heath Rd, Hardys Bay, part of the Coastal Open Space System.

There is a proposed two-lot subdivision on the northern end of the property on lot 110 Heath Rd, with the remaining 7a zoned land to be dedicated for COSS.

The land forms a connection to Bouddi National Park.

The issue of where dwellings are to be located and the subdivision pattern are currently being addresses by a surveyor, Gosford Council has been told.
