Students receive School Certificates
Year 10 students from Brisbane Water Secondary College received their School Certificate results on Friday, December 12, at their Year 10 Presentation Assembly.
Max Harwood and Lexi Ianson hosted the special assembly while Megan Purcell sang the National Anthem.
Band "For the Moment" presented a musical item.
School principal Mr David Beattie named Alex Beaton the Dux of Year 10 and presented the Year 10 Achievement award to Scott Meulman.
Ms McAlister presented the award for the Performing Arts Academy Scholarship to Tessa Nuku and Max Harwood, while Justin Stewart received the Senior Campus P&C Incentive Award presented by Mrs Donna Bruce.
Cassie Scott and Michael Smith won the Jim Henderson Religion Award, presented by the Rev Bob Hooper.
The presentation of academic awards saw students presented with certificates for the following subjects:
