Gifted students accepted for camp
Students from Peninsula schools have been accepted to attend the 2003 Gifted and Talented Students (GATS) camp.
Students from year 6 at Pretty Beach Public School are Breanne Woulfe, who will be attending the art course, Melissa Ford who will attend the drama course, Elliot Braunstein who will attend the maths/computer course and Sophie McFadyen who will attend the English course.
Students from Brisbane Water Secondary College who will attend the camp are Julian Green for Science, Amy Vanezi for Visual Arts Joshua Newans for maths, and Amy Stables for English.
The other students who did not make the four BWSC places will remain on a waiting list, which will be used at the discretion of the district GATS committee.
The camp is being held from August the 22 to 26.
