Grubs competition to start on Sunday
Grommet Umina Boardriders (Grubs) competition will start on April 7.
Despite daylight savings ending, times will remain the same, hitting the beach at 6:30 am for setup and 7am start.
Their first coaching session for the season was held at Pelican Beach on Saturday, March 23.
The club's junior development officer Kevin Field organised the morning.
These coaching sessions are a part of the Boardriders' junior development plan.
