Parents call for 'full funding' for public schools
The parents and citizens' association at Woy Woy South Public School has passed a resolution to support full funding for public schools.
"The current goal is to fund 80 per cent of students to minimum Naplan standards and even this is not being met."
The association is asking parent to sign a petition supporting full funding at http://tinyurl.com/34buywzv
The campaign is organised by the P/C Federation NSW: "We believe in championing Full Funding so that every young person in NSW can get a quality education and the right start in life."
