Cookery wins at Northumberland group competition
Members of the Woy Woy branch of the Country Women's Association have won prizes the NSW Northumberland Group cookery competition held at the Central Coast Leagues Club on Saturday, March 21.
Ms Pam Clifton took first place for her ginger fluff sponge and second place for her jaffa cake.
Ms Di Spinks came first for her apricot roll, a win she wasn't expecting.
Club cookery officer Ms Susie Roberts came third for her Remembrance biscuits.
The first place getters bake again for the upcoming CWA State conference in May, to be held at Coffs Harbour.
