Bridge club holds annual Teams of Three event
Eight teams participated in the Brisbane Water Bridge Club's annual Teams of Three competition played on March 20.
The team Alma Van Der Walt, Elaine Hume, Kathryn Ivits and Barry Foster topped the field with three good wins, finishing well clear of the others.
There was a struggle for the other top places with Teams Hasemore and Routledge having the same 2-0-1 win-loss record.
However, the victory points counted to give second spot to Team Hasemore, although both teams were awarded the same number of green points.
