Presentation looks at surviving a bushfire in Pearl Beach
A presentation about Surviving a Pearl Beach Bushfire will given at the Pearl Beach Memorial Community Hall at 5pm next Saturday, January 13.
The fire danger presentation will be made jointly by the Rural Fire Service and the Pearl Beach Safety Advisory Group, and aims to describe "what to do to survive a bushfire in Pearl Beach".
"The presentation is a must for all Pearl Beach residents and visitors," according to the Pearl Beach Progress Association.
"It will provide valuable information and tips on how to protect yourself, your property and your community from the threat of a bushfire."
