Hollywood event raises $29,500 for Cancer Council
A "Hollywood Glitz and Glamour" fundraiser attended by 300 women has raised $29,500 for the Central Coast branch of the Cancer Council.
The event was held by the Peninsula group of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun NSW.
Central Coast Peninsula held on Saturday, September 9, in the Ettalong Diggers Club ballroom.
"We are thrilled to have again provided significant sponsorship, by way of ClubGrants, to ensure 100 per cent of every $95 ticket sold, would go to their chosen beneficiary," said Diggers Club community manager Ms Kim Cole.
"The monies raised will stay here on the Central Coast to benefit and support local women with cancer, and their families."
