Swimming carnival held
Umina Beach Public School held its annual swimming carnival on February 15.
Over 300 students attended this year's carnival.
"The day ran very successfully and I would like to thank the parents and staff for all their hard work," said principal Ms Lyn Davis.
"The behaviour of the children was excellent and all races were competitive and great sportsmanship was displayed throughout the whole day.
"The students who were chosen for zone will be notified over the next week," she said.
The zone swimming carnival will be held at the Peninsula Leisure Centre on March 12.
