College establishes one-stop Student Services

Brisbane Water Secondary College Woy Woy Campus has established a Student Services section, similar to those in the tertiary system.

"We have established a one stop shop service where all students can go to request help for anything from essay support, assignment assistance, emotional and social support," said campus principal Ms Rebecca Cooper.

She said it could useful for students transferring from the junior to senior campus.

"It is a time of great change and increased responsibility which can lead to stress and anxiety for some.

"If you are ever worried, you can always make contact with the year advisor, HT Welfare or counsellor.

"If you have any concerns about anything, we are here to help," Ms Cooper said.
