How long do we have to wait?
On Monday, February 18, petrol on the Central Coast Highway at Gosford was 114.9 cents, two days' later it was 143.9 cents.
Did I miss something that happened to justify this enormous increase?
When the Hayne Royal Commission criticised the ACCC for doing nothing about the thieving banks, it is a pity he couldn't also include their absence of action on the oil companies.
Late last year an ACCC spokesperson stated, and it was reported in the Peninsula News, that they could find only slight variations in prices across the Central Coast, and certainly not enough to warrant investigating.
How long do we have to put up with being ripped off?
