Lions to hold annual luncheon

Woy Woy Lions Rugby Club will hold its annual Sports Luncheon at Ettalong Diggers on March 8.

This year's luncheon will feature guest speakers Mr Matt Burke and Mr Paul Martell.

Mr Burke is a rugby commentator for Channel 10 and a celebrated player in his own right, having played for Australia.

Paul Martell is one of Woy Woy Rugby Club's favourite Australian comics.

Martell has been voted the Australian Comic of the Year 24 times and has long been a staple act at sporting grand finals including the Bledisloe Cup, State of Origin and the Australian Open.

The lunch will start at midday and will be hosted by Peter "Fab" Fenton.

Tickets are essential.
