Ombudsman present to explain bills
Representatives of the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW will be present on the Peninsula once a month to help residents with their bills.
The service will be available on the last Tuesday of the month at the Peninsula Community Centre, with the first session being held tomorrow, February 26.
The Ombudsman's staff will help review and explain bills, check rebate eligibility, help resolve complaint issues and help establish payment plans.
Sessions will be held from 9am to 3pm and are via appointment only through the community centre's operator Coast Community Connections.
