Veterans forgotten?

Was any consideration given to a small percentage of the Outrigger development units being allocated to affordable holiday housing for war veterans, their wives and/or widows?

There was a time not so long a go when every night at 9pm members stood in the dark facing the east and recited an ode.

Ironically that ode was called "Lest We Forget."
