A majority of the community objects to "that structure" in Anderson Park.

While discussing this, Mr Holstein was quoted as saying that "the disorderly one percent of the population shouldn't be allowed to dictate the existence and use of public amenities".

Why then, Mr Holstein, am I not able to enjoy a cold stubby with my fish and chips along the waterfront?
