Lions hold car boot sale

The Lions Club of Woy Woy will hold a car boot sale and mini market on Sunday, September 28, from 8am to 1pm.

The boot sale is in its 10th year and will be held at Rogers Park on Ocean Beach Rd.

It is $10 per car and a barbecue, tea and coffee will held on the day.

"With stall fees and our own sales, we have been able to provide at least $2000 per year back into the community to help those less fortunate than ourselves," project chairman Mr Elmo Caust said.

"Happily, Gosford Council has approved our current sale location at least for the rest of this current year.

"We have assisted hundreds of vendors to market their goods in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere," he said.
