Grant for judo club upgrade

Woy Woy Judo Club is to receive a grant of just over $5000 to upgrade safety wall padding at Peninsula Community Centre.

Member for Peats Ms Marie Andrews said she was delighted with the news that this funding had been approved.

Ms Andrews said the Government support recognised the dedication and commitment of those not-for-profit groups that had worked hard to provide their own contribution to the projects approved.

"This funding continues the Government's commitment to providing opportunities for broad community participation in a range of sport and recreational activities," she said.
