Patchwork tutor to have work published in book

Ettalong Beach Art and Craft Centre patchwork tutor Ms Penny Howard will have her most recent work included a book to be published next year.

Her work "My Covid Days", pictured, has been accepted to be included in an Art Quilt book called "Creativity in the midst of Chaos", said centre president Mr Peter Mulholland.

"The book is a collection of international works that were created as a result of Covid," he said.

"Penny used her down time to make the piece during the two-week mandatory isolation after she and husband Steve returned from Bolivia in March."
