Woytopia Festival is cancelled

The Peninsula Environment Group has announced that it has decided to cancel this year's Woytopia Festival, which was to be held on Sunday, October 11.

"With the risk of a second wave of coronavirus still present, we just can't guarantee a festival that allows the community networking and celebration that Woytopia is all about," said Group president Mr Grant Focas.

"We intend to return next year."

Peninsula Environment Group also runs an organic food-buying group, a Nature Play Group and the Woy Woy Peninsula Community Garden.

"All of these activities are still operating to various degrees, and welcome new members."
