Bodies of elderly women found in Ettalong home

The bodies of two elderly women have been found inside an Ettalong home on Sunday, July 19.

Emergency services were called to a unit on Bream Rd, Ettalong Beach, after the body of a woman aged in her 90s was found.

Officers from Brisbane Water Police District attended and found the body of a second woman, aged in her 70s.

Specialist forensic police examined the scene.

Police said they were not treating the deaths as suspicious.

They said that a report would be prepared for the Coroner.
