Choir stages variety concert

The Peninsula Choir participated in a variety concert on Sunday, August 25, along with the Gosford Brass Band.

The annual concert held at the Ettalong Baptist Church raised more than $3000 for the Religious Education Ministries.

Ron Grice was the band's guest conductor and Paul Edgar was the choir's guest conductor, in the absence of regular conductor Ivan Kinny, who was overseas.

Afternoon tea was provided by choir members with donations from Bremen Patisserie, Baker's Delight Umina, Umina Bakehouse and Umina Mall Cake Shop.
