Australia Day fireworks

The only official Australia Day fireworks in the Gosford municipality will be held at Woy Woy's waterfront celebrations.

The celebrations will be held on Thursday, January 25, in Brickwharf Rd from 4pm to10pm.

Activities will include amusement rides, stalls, folk dancing, a colonial re-enactment on the waterfront and non-stop entertainment.

The fireworks display will start at 9pm.

On Australia Day, January 26, a flag-raising ceremony will be held with Breakfast on the Bay at Pretty Beach, Wagstaffe, from 8am.

On Saturday, January 27, a free bush dance will be held at the Wagstaffe Hall, Pretty Beach, at 7.30pm. Refreshments are available.
