Skipping challenge raises money for Heart Foundation
Woy Woy South Public School is raising money for the Heart Foundation through the "Jump Rope for Heart" fundraiser.
The school has 45 students online, logging eight hours of skipping, and raising $1641 to date, according to principal Mr Matt Barr.
"It's great to see so many children practising their skipping and getting involved in the fundraising for the Heart Foundation," he said.
"These are amazing figures.
"Keep it up."
Mr Barr said it was not too late to sign children up online at www.jumprope.org.au/parents.
He said a skipping session for Kindergarten-Year 2 students came days after Year 3-6 skipping session.
The week's skipping challenge was Criss Cross.
"Keep an eye out for more challenges over the coming weeks."
