Council cemetery team tells about memorial trees
Information about new memorial trees at Koolewong will be provided this morning at Woy Woy library by the council's cemeteries team.
On the eve of Dying to Know Day, the Central Coast Council team will tell how these trees work to remember people who have died and the story behind why they were developed.
The team will also answer questions about the processes of applying for a memorial, cemetery information and council's role in managing them, as well as how to make an appointment with the team.
Dying to Know Day is described as an annual campaign that "empowers adult Australians to be strong self-advocates for their own personal planning when it comes to their future".
