Panel to hear of three appeals for 'deemed refusal'
The Local Planning Panel will hear of three appeals to the Land and Environment Court against the "deemed refusal" of three development applications on the Peninsula made by Mr Andrey Vinogradov.
The applications were for multi-dwelling housing at 33 Burrawang St, Ettalong, for three townhouses at 21 Burrawang St, Ettalong, and for multi-dwelling housing at 34 Picnic Parade, Ettalong.
In each case, it is recommended that the Local Planning Panel note the receipt of the Class 1 appeal, and delegate to appropriate Council officers the ability to give legal instruction to Council's external legal counsel at any upcoming proceedings relating to the appeal.
In each case, confidential attachments included a briefing note, a Statement of Facts and Contentions and Short Minutes of Order.
