Pre-school children visit retirement village
Local pre-school children have visited residents of a retirement village for an "intergenerational experience".
Children from Wallaby St Early Learning Centre have visited residents of Peninsula Village for an afternoon of games and other social activities.
"The visit was a fantastic intergenerational experience with the teachers and children bringing activities to the Village where they then led the residents in a morning of great art and craft," said Peninsula Villages chief executive Mr Shane Neaves.
"The children and residents were then entertained by our volunteer ukulele group."
