Purchase offer

Gosford Council has received an offer to purchase Lot 36 Monastir Rd, Phegans Bay.

The proceeds of the sale of lot 36 will be allocated towards the costs of rezoning lots 3, 25, and 26.

Council will now seek to purchase lot 45 Monastir Rd, Phegans Bay.
